Back in 1991 I moved to Eugene, Oregon to attend the University of Oregon and I found employment with Computer Stores Northwest (the main Apple Computer retailer for the northwest United States). I was pretty nerdy back then - really (as if I'm not now). Anyway, shortly after writing the story "My Favorite Trip", used in word-processing training classes, I drew a couple of single-panel comics pretty much a la The Far Side. Those with whom I worked thought they were pretty funny, so here you go:

I guess the most incredible thing about these comics is that I pretty much entirely freehanded them with Mac Paint. With a mouse. Sounds pretty easy? Sure. Try it some time ... using 1991 technology.
